Penny & Prophet (operated by Full Service Full LLC) provides creative strategy, multimedia production, and digital consulting. By engaging our services, Clients agree that all work is governed by a signed Statement of Work (SOW). Delivery of digital assets is provided via secure cloud links upon completion of project milestones.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Sales Are Final. Penny & Prophet does not offer refunds for creative services, consulting, or production work once a project has commenced. In the event of a project cancellation, the Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date as outlined in the SOW. Monthly retainer services require a 30-day written notice for termination.
